"There is a sunrise and a sunset every single day, and they are absolutely free. Don't miss so many of them." - Jo Walton

The course has been designed to enable participants to achieve personal development through a range of powerful and challenging experiences. Expeditions make up a large proportion of the course. The course is based on the principle that conducive learning can be achieved through teamwork and shared experiences.

Whilst at the centre base camp, participants will also complete a wide range of stimulating and challenging activities such as Rock Climbing & Abseiling, Giant Ladder (...and many more) and team dynamics exercise.
