Registration & Medical Form

  2. Check for the following:
  1. Once you have received the Course Confirmation letter from our administration office, arrange your travel to Sabah (if flight is needed) and pay the course fees to secure your booking.

The course fees include food, accommodation, transport while on the course, specialist safety and camping equipment, delivery by qualified instructors, insurance and a certificate of attendance.

All travel expenses to (Sabah) and to the Outward Bound Sabah Centre are NOT included. Most of the activities are conducted outdoors and participants should be of good health and a reasonable level of fitness.

Money:
We do not recommend bringing large sums of cash. However we do provide a safety box for keeping valuables and there is also an opportunity to buy Outward Bound Sabah’s souvenirs.

Equipment Care and Responsibilities:
Outward Bound Sabah will provide all necessary camping equipment such as backpacks, tents, cooking utensils etc. However, if students lose or damage any equipment through irresponsible acts, they will be required to pay for its replacement or repair.

Please Do Not Bring:
All electronic devices will be taken away for safekeeping by the course instructors including handphones. Please do not bring a radio, tobacco, liquor or any alcoholic beverages. Please note that carrying prohibited drugs is a capital offense under Malaysian law.
