Kayaking

Kayaking expeditions form an integral part of the programmes at Outward Bound Sabah. They provide the opportunity for participants to unleash their full potential in terms of leadership, skills building, teamwork, and adventure.

We encourage participants to push themselves beyond their limits and support each other along the way. We use fiberglass double kayaks for our kayaking activities. Our three main kayaking sites include the Papar River, Kawang River, and the islands of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. All participants learn basic kayaking skills and rescue techniques before setting off on their expedition of a lifetime.
